Communication

• Discord communication is absolutely mandatory.

Requirements and Rules

• If you are a staff member, it's very likely you are at the age minimum of 16. Anyone who is under the age of 16 has spoken with the Owner.
• Professionalism is rewarded and required to hold a stable system.
• You must have Minecraft competency.
  • Know how to, first of all, play the game.
  • Know how to build basic structures.
  • Know how to use basic commands.
  • Be professional
• Rule-breaking will not be tolerated.
  • Follow the rules like they are your bible.
  • Just because you have power doesn't mean you are above the rules!
  • The breaking of any of the rules will result in possible demotion (depending on the severity).
• Be mature.
  • Don't insult any non-ranked players.
  • Don't abuse commands. Especially not in S2.
  • Don't ever use someone's IRL name in-game unless you are given permission.
  • This includes: DO NOT sabotage anything that belongs to anyone.
• Do not EVER take items from someone's inventory using /invsee, /ec, /kill, etc. unless illegal items are discovered.
• Only use Faction Admin override if you are on duty.
• Only use god mode if you are on duty (this includes building structures for the server, and not for your own faction).
• Activity is rewarded and required.
  • If you are offline for more than 30 days without letting anyone know the reason, you will be demoted.
• Do more than the bare minimum.
  • Just because there is only one player on, and one ticket, does not mean that you only have to do that one ticket. Just do stuff. It'll be rewarded.
• Don't take tickets that have your player name in them.
• Don't abuse the ticket system for points.
• As of now, there is no point requirement due to the low server population.
• If you don't know something, you don't say "Uhhh. Hold on." Say "I'll get right back to you on that." And make it hasty.
• Asking fellow staff members about answers about tickets is not frowned upon. Rather, it's encouraged!
• If you are off duty and have a question, create a ticket. Unless literally, nobody else is on.
• Provide good feedback.
  • Don't rain on anybody's parade. If someone asks how their build is and you don't like it, try to deliver your honest opinion in a kind way.
    • Question: How's my build? Response: It's good, but here's what I would change to make it better...
• Any links shared must be appropriate for anyone age 14+.
• Be motivational!
• Be optimistic!
• Be specific.
• With your colored name, you can be proud, but don't be a jerk about it.
  • Avoid "I got this and you didn't."
  • Avoid "I have skills you lack."
  • Avoid anything else that isn't nice.

Player Rights

• If a player complains about you, someone else will handle the staff report.
• If you have an issue with any other staff members, it is recommended that you speak with the ranks above you.
• Normal players are allowed to grief their own faction land.
• Players may not build structures that cannot be accessed by any means. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Glass domes.
  • Roofs to Faction walls.
  • Floating structures.
  • Boxes.
• A player is allowed to raid any faction they please, so long as they only raid that faction once per three hours. Raids can last a maximum of 2 hours.
• Combat logging is frowned upon, no matter the culprit.

  • Do not spam the announcement chat. Only keep announcements in announcement chat.
  • Do not spam at all.
  • Ask for approval before adding in any bots.
  • Staff only in the Staff-only channel.
  • Respond to help questions in help chat.
